Rebain International is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael van Marle as Chairman of the Board.
Michael brings extensive international experience in chemical distribution and trading, having held senior leadership roles at Brenntag, as well as serving as Chairman and CEO of GTM Holdings, a leading chemical distribution company in the Americas, which merged with Caldic in 2022. He is also the founder of ChemVM Technologies, a digital solutions platform serving the chemical industry.
As Chairman, Michael will focus on guiding and supporting Rebain in achieving its long-term growth objectives, as the company continues to expand its international activities and reinforce its position as a trusted long-term partner across global markets.
His appointment reflects Rebain’s ongoing commitment to strengthening governance and leadership to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
