Next Materials is a sister initiative of Rebain International focused on extending the useful life of industrial raw materials. We work with off-spec, surplus, and outdated materials and reintroduce them into suitable industrial applications with transparent disclosure of condition, documentation status, and application fit.
Our objective is simple: enable responsible reuse where technically and regulatorily appropriate, rather than defaulting to disposal.
What We Do
Next Materials connects industrial buyers with alternative sourcing options by identifying materials that are no longer part of standard supply chains but remain technically usable.
Each material is handled on a case-by-case basis and presented with:
Clear & transparent information on physical condition and age where relevant
Available documentation (SDS, technical data, test records where applicable)
Application guidance based on formulation flexibility

REWASTE WASTE SOLUTIONS B.V. is a Netherlands-based company which is also present in Dubai. They specialise in industrial waste management and material recovery. Through Rewaste, Next Materials gains access to surplus and residual material streams that can be assessed for potential reuse.
NEDWASTE AFVALBEHEER is an industrial waste management company operating in the Netherlands, with hands-on experience in handling, storage, and coordination of industrial material flows. Nedwaste supports Next Materials in identifying and managing materials suitable for second-life applications.
These partnerships allow Next Materials to operate with practical market access and operational credibility, while maintaining Rebain’s commercial and technical standards.
